In short: there is no admission fee. If you withdraw before classes start, you get a full refund; once classes begin, fees are not refundable. Late instalments get reminders, never a late fee. The institute may cancel an admission for indiscipline, activities that are not allowed, or unpaid fees. Study material is for our students' personal use only. Admissions and fees are subject to Rajkot jurisdiction.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to anyone using the website of Educrafters Career Institute ("we", "us") at educraftersrajkot.in, our portal at portal.educraftersrajkot.in, or our EduProERP app for Android, and to every student admitted to our institute along with their parents or guardians. By using these services or taking admission, you agree to these terms.
2. Using our website
Our website provides general information about Educrafters Career Institute and our courses. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but course details, timings and other information may change. Please confirm anything important directly with us.
3. Results and outcomes
Results shown on our website are genuine results of our past students, published with their parents' consent. Every student's outcome depends on their own effort, attendance and circumstances, so past results are not a guarantee of any particular marks, grade or admission for any student.
4. Our name, logo and content
The name "Educrafters" and the Educrafters logo are registered trademarks of Educrafters Career Institute. The content of this website, the portal and the app — including text, design, and study material — belongs to Educrafters Career Institute. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
5. Admission and fees
5.1 Fees
- The course fee is informed to you at the time of admission.
- There is no separate admission or registration fee.
- Fees may be paid in full or in instalments, as agreed at admission. Instalment amounts and due dates are shown in the portal and app.
5.2 Late payment
If an instalment is not paid by its due date, we will send a reminder. No late fee is charged. If fees remain overdue or unpaid after reminders, we will contact you, and the admission may be cancelled as described in section 6.
5.3 Refunds
- If you withdraw and tell us before classes start, we will refund the full amount you have paid.
- Once classes have started, fees are not refundable, whether the student attends regularly, attends partly, or stops attending.
- Please make any refund request in writing — by email to info@educraftersrajkot.in — and we will process eligible refunds within a reasonable time.
6. Cancellation of admission
Educrafters Career Institute reserves the right to cancel a student's admission in case of:
- indiscipline or misconduct, including behaviour that disrupts classes or is disrespectful towards teachers, staff or other students;
- activities that are not allowed at the institute, including misuse of portal or app accounts and sharing our study material with others; or
- fees that remain overdue or unpaid.
We will usually inform the parent or guardian before cancelling an admission. When an admission is cancelled for any of these reasons, fees already paid are not refunded, and the student's portal and app access is closed.
7. Classes and schedules
We may change timetables, batch timings or teachers when needed, and may arrange extra or backup lectures. We will inform students and parents of such changes through the portal, the app, or WhatsApp.
8. Portal and app accounts
- Accounts for students, parents and teachers are created by the institute; there is no public sign-up.
- Keep your login details confidential. A parent account may be used by the student's own family members, but must not be shared with anyone else.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has accessed it.
- We may deactivate any account that is misused, and we deactivate student accounts when a student leaves the institute.
9. Study material
Notes, worksheets, tests and other study material we provide are for the personal use of our enrolled students only. They must not be shared, sold, uploaded publicly, or distributed to anyone else.
10. Communication
By taking admission, you agree that we may contact students and parents by phone, WhatsApp, or email about attendance, marks, assignments, lectures, fees, and other matters related to the student's studies.
11. Availability of the portal and app
We work to keep the portal and app available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee they will always be free of interruptions or errors. If you notice something that looks wrong — such as a mark or fee entry — please tell us and we will check and correct it.

How we collect, use and protect personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. All admissions and fees, and any dispute arising from them or from these terms, are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. Changes will not apply
